These Partner Terms govern the relationship between PGfy and verified property managers.
Terms & Agreement Rules
Please review the legal clauses to maintain verified partner status on the PGfy network.
1. Eligibility Criteria
Partners wishing to join the PGfy network and leverage our payment tools must satisfy the following conditions:
- Must be a legally registered business entity, sole proprietorship, or property owner of age.
- Must possess all local municipal clearances, fire safety certifications, and commercial permits.
- Must be the primary owner or hold authorized leasehold rights enabling renting.
2. Partner Responsibilities
Partners are responsible for maintaining standard of service on their listings:
- Ensure pricing, amenities, occupancy patterns, and rule descriptions are accurate.
- Honor bookings confirmed by the tenant through the PGfy online check-out.
- Maintain properties in clean, functional, and secure conditions under local tenant standards.
3. Payment & Subscription
Financial parameters and settlement regulations between PGfy and the partner:
- Settlements are computed based on the PGfy Settlement Policy (minus platform charges).
- Recurring monthly subscription fees or transaction percentages are deducted before payouts.
- Refund processing and chargeback representation follow gateway compliance parameters.
4. Regulatory Compliance
Partners must satisfy regional laws, taxation regulations, and data collection frameworks:
- Process tenant local registration (Form C filings where applicable).
- Remit applicable GST and state taxes directly to tax authorities.
- Adhere to national and state data privacy policies when processing tenant records.
5. KYC Verification
Before payouts can be scheduled, partners must clear multi-layer KYC filters:
- Submit legitimate PAN cards, business registration codes, and active GSTIN files.
- Submit a canceled check or passbook copy matching the legal entity name.
- Clear third-party verification calls completed by our audit partners.
6. Fraud Prevention
We execute strict monitoring scripts to block fraudulent transactions:
- Double charging, fake billing, invoice manipulation, or rent cycling is prohibited.
- Direct payment links bypassing PGfy systems for confirmed bookings are SLA breaches.
- Suspicious volumes trigger automated account freezing and payout reserves.
7. Suspension
Account state can be suspended or frozen under following conditions:
- Repeated guest complaints regarding hygiene, safety, or double bookings.
- Failure to submit updated compliance certifications or legal KYC audits.
- SLA violations regarding dispute resolution or refund clearance.
8. Termination Policy
Either party can request agreement closure by giving 30 days written notice to partner-support@pgfy.in.
Immediate termination can be triggered by PGfy in cases of systemic fraud, criminal behavior on premise, structural damage, or regulatory insolvency.
